What’s the location like?

The location is a 3000sqm indoor space, heated and air-conditioned depending on the season. Events are held even in case of rain or bad weather.

How much does admission cost, and where can I buy tickets?

The ticket costs €5 and can be purchased here or at the entrance on the day of the event. We recommend buying the ticket online to avoid queues at the entrance. Children up to 12 years old enter for free (with ID). Easy access for people with disabilities. Dogs are welcome.

How can I pay for purchases inside East Market?

Not all vendors accept cards or debit cards, but there is an ATM inside the location where you can withdraw cash. In the Food Market area, all types of payment are accepted: cash, cards, and debit cards.

All orders within Italian territory are shipped with a 24/48-hour delivery service from the day following the purchase. If purchased by 12:30 PM on the current day, any delays will not be attributable to us but to the courier we rely on for shipments, BRT S.p.A, who will communicate the status of your shipment via email or message.

Rest of the world: STANDARD SHIPPING with delivery within 1-5 business days, depending on the country. Any delays will not be attributable to us but to the courier we rely on for shipments, BRT S.p.A, who will communicate the status of your shipment via email or message.

All orders are primarily shipped via BRT S.p.A / DPD with a comprehensive tracking system to give you full control over your delivery.

Our goal is to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Italian weekends or holidays. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS to track your order through the BRT S.p.A / DPD website.

We assume no responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect.

We assume no responsibility for missing orders if the package’s tracking shows that the order has been delivered.

We assume no responsibility for any damage to the box or product that occurs during shipping or delivery. In this case, it is your responsibility to open the package with a “reserve delivery” at the time of receipt and promptly notify us via email or message, attaching photos of the damage the item has sustained. We inspect each product before shipping and pack each item accordingly.

For any questions regarding your order, please consult the “Contact Us” section of the website, and we will try to respond as soon as possible.

Please note that customs duties and taxes may be due. Failure to pay these taxes may result in the return/seizure of the goods, resulting in additional costs. Any costs will be deducted from any refund issued. Please check for any applicable import duties/taxes before placing your order. We are not responsible for these fees and cannot do anything to influence/alter their value.

 

RETURNS

Items can be returned and will be refunded. Return shipping costs are strictly the responsibility of the customer.

RETURN POLICY

For a return to be valid, we must receive the returned order at our warehouse within 30 days of delivery. All return conditions must be met to qualify for a refund.

Items not received within the specified timeframe will not be refunded and may incur a charge for the return of the goods to the sender. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Returns are at the discretion of our team, and all items will be inspected upon return. All items must be unused and in the same condition as they were received; all our items are washed before sale; any item that is not in the same condition as when it was shipped will be refused.

Please send all returns via tracked mail, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items. eastmarketmilano.com and Learning To Fly S.R.L. do not accept responsibility for a return until it has been delivered to our returns department.

  • Returned items that were subject to free shipping will have our original delivery cost deducted from the refunded amount.
